Bosch is selling its Building Technologies division’s product business for security and communications technology to the European investment firm Triton. The transaction encompasses three business units –Video, Access and Intrusion, and Communication – and thus the entire product business of Bosch Building Technologies that was offered for sale.

Extron has announced that shipping has begun for the MVC 121 xi compact, three-source audio mixer featuring audio DSP for mixing and signal processing.
